NUTRITION CLASSES – WVU EXTENSION SERVICE – THE HOPE CENTER, SOPHIA

WVU’s Extension Service Family Nutrition Program is offering a nine-week series of FREE classes on eating healthy and staying active. The classes will be held at the Hope in the Mountains, Hope Center in Sophia. Participants must meet income requirements or participate in SNAP, WIC, or Medicaid.  The class is limited to 12 participants.

Sharon Teel with the WVU Extension Service will be leading the sessions.
